Return & Exchange
All Hazel & Bloom products are non-refundable.
If your purchased products are defect, damaged or somehow faulty please contact our Customer Support team (support@hazelandbloom.com). However please contact us directly before returning any items - our standard return policy is 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchased goods were delivered, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a return or exchange.
Once your returned goods are received and inspected by our team, we will send you a notification email to you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return - we will state the reasons for a rejection.
If your returned goods are approved for a refund, we will proceed to credit your Hazel & Bloom store account with the corresponding amount. Please be advised that it may take a few days before you see the amount being credited to your account.
Unfortunately, we don't offer returns on sale or promotion items.
Please also take note of the following Terms & Conditions
- Hazel & Bloom is unable to accept returns/exchanges unless the purchased goods are damaged, defect or faulty. In order for us to consider it an eligible return, the purchased goods must be unused - no used items are eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Eligible items must be in original packaging (although opened) with all accessories enclosed, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns - please state your order confirmation number when submitting your return claim, and remember to include your name, reason for return and supporting information for the claim (e.g. a photo showing the defect or damage).
- Please note that Hazel & Bloom will not be responsible for shipping costs if you wish to return or exchange your goods. Shipping costs and associated fees, including original shipping costs, are non-refundable under our policy and are the responsibility of the customer. Please also note that returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.
- Hazel & Bloom will only exchange or replace your purchased goods if: a) the purchased goods are faulty or damaged due to no fault on your part; or b) the purchased goods are incorrectly delivered to you due to an error of our part
- All claims will be processed within 30 days upon confirmation of the claim request.
- Upon dispute, Hazel & Bloom reserves the right to make the final decision on any return or exchange claim.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, Hazel & Bloom does not allow the cancellation of an order after the order has been submitted to us.
